Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booking for any reason, please
phone the office on 01253 702033 or email us at
cancellations@zestuk.co.uk.
In order to give you a full refund we require a period
of 14 days notice. We will always try to fill your
place. If we can fill your place we will give you a full
refund. If we can’t fill your place we will need to make
an administration charge of £5 per place booked.
Where cancellation is received within 14 days of the
event date, we will again try to fill your place but
where this is not possible you will be liable for the
full cost of the event.
Should Zest cancel any events, you will be credited in
full in the form of a cheque.
Obviously it always helps us if you give us as much
notice as possible should you need to make a
cancellation.
Our policy is that wherever possible we will issue a
refund.
