Preston’s Fusion Room was opened in November 2008 by Russell Lee. Russell trained as a chef at Blackpool and The Fylde College which opened the door to his success. While training he was involved in a number of national competitions, including Gordon Ramsey’s “The F-Word” (series 1, runner up) and the Nestle Torque D’Or 2007 Competition (national winner). He’s now working alongside a young and energetic team with passion, experience and the professional skills needed to produce a fantastic dining experience.
The restaurant mixes both an exceptional selection of modern British food with efficient and friendly service whilst incorporating an Eastern twist throughout.
Spread over two floors, with a stunning feature bar on the first floor, Fusion Room provides the perfect environment in which to wine, dine and enjoy a leisurely drink.
I'm sure the members who dined here several times last year can vouch that the food in this restaurant is superb and certainly value for money!
Please book early to avoid dissapointment as the last two times we had a meal at this venue it sold out.
