Join us for a visit to Royal Ascot, a superb sporting and social occasion, combining tradition and pageantry with unrivalled horseracing action. At Britain’s premier ‘season’ event, a royal procession usually takes place, when Her Majesty The Queen and the royal party proceed down the racecourse in golden horse-drawn carriages.
Our special Ascot weekend package provides a relaxing and fun way to enjoy the special day. Join us for a welcome dinner on Friday evening, where you will have the chance to meet your fellow guests and perhaps share some winning ‘tips’ ahead of our day at the races.
We include return private coach transfers to the racecourse and entrance to Ascot on Saturday. Place your bets, perhaps enjoy a glass of bubbly or admire the form (of both the horses and the hats!) – a colourful day of racing at Royal Ascot is a social event not to be missed! Upon returning to the hotel, a post race party and dinner dance commences, to celebrate any winnings (or to commiserate any losses!).
Our general admission tickets provide an excellent position to watch all the races with a variety of outlets to eat, drink and place a bet. Style is a major part of the day and there is a dress code. Ladies are required to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart occasion. Many wear hats, although this is not obligatory. Gentlemen are required to wear a shirt and tie, preferably with a suit or jacket.
ACCOMMODATION
The Heathrow/Windsor Marriott Hotel is a delightful venue. The hotel’s leisure club facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spacious gym. There is also a Brasserie restaurant and Chats Café Bar for a casual drink or snack. The rooms are air-conditioned with TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, trouser press, iron and minibar.
The hotel is located off Junction 5 of the M4 and one mile from Langley Station. Guests enjoy complimentary hotel car parking.

No payments are made to Zest and the holiday provider is ATOL protected. A tour rep will accompany you on this holiday but this may not necessarily be a Zest employee. There will be other people attending this holiday and as this is not solely a Zest holiday please book early to avoid disapointment. All members attending will have their own room which will either be a double or a single room for their sole occupancy! No dicounts are given for those wishing to share and there are no penalties for single occupancy.
A deposit of £100.00 will secure your booking and the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday. Travel insurance is not included in the price of this holiday - it is suggested that you arrange your own travel insurance in the event you need to cancel. Cancellation terms and conditions of the holiday supplier apply (which will be sent to you before you book).
