This Tuesday and every Tuesday - come and have a go at Salsa!
Salsa is a great way to have fun, socialise and exercise whilst joining in with the Latin fever! This class is suitable for the absolute beginner, so don't worry if you can't dance, your expert dance teacher, will soon have you moving like a pro!
Don't worry about:
what to wear - wear something comfortable
what shoes to wear - again comfortable
not having a dancing partner - you don't need one to learn
having two left feet - you soon find you have a left and right foot!!
not having any dance rhythm - it will come
looking stupid - everyone does at first!
A Zest member of staff does not always attend this event so if you are interested in going, please contact the office and we will put you in contact with the Zest members that regularly attend.
This activity cannot be booked online, please pay on the door direct to Dancers There is no need to book in advance.
