Your information provided to Zest may be produced to Zest for the purpose of statistics about the performance and effectiveness of our site, but Zest will not link this information to any personal data about specific individuals collected by any other means. Your information is collected when you join Zest, request information from us, contact us with regards to any specific enquiry, join us or book an event. You are able to visit the site without disclosing any information about yourself, however certain areas of the site such as the members area may not to be accessible if you chose not to disclose certain pieces of information such as your member ID and password. When asked to join Zest, book an activity on-line, enter a competition or send us requests you may be asked for additional information about yourself to help us analyse the types of visitors to the site and their interests. However appropriate details may be shared with our Discount Partners and suppliers of events. Zest may supply personal information about members and guests who are booked on a particular event, to the supplier of that event, but information will only be supplied where it is deemed to be in the member’s interests while participating on that event, such information could include dietary requirements, details of any physical disability the member may have, etc. If you have contacted us via this web site, by email, by phone or by post, we may from time to time contact you when we feel we have news that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such responses, please contact us and we will remove your details. E-Mails Zest will email members from time to time to confirm bookings, share current news items, promote events, share details of last minute availability of certain events, etc. We will not send e-mails routinely, only when we feel that we have something to tell you that you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive e-mails, please contact us. Photos Zest publishes photos of members participating in events in our newsletter, on the website and in our printed media. We need to publish photographs in order to record events, illustrate our news items and promote future events. Wherever possible we will seek permission from our members featured in the photo before we use it, however, as many events are group activities it is difficult to ask permission for its use from every member featured in the photo. We also encourage members to send us their photos to upload onto our Gallery and again, the photos will probably contain pictures of other members. Zest assures its members that any photos used or uploaded will only be done so if we deem them to be in good taste. If, however, you see a photograph of yourself or others that causes (or you feel may cause) offence please contact us and we will remove it immediately. In the case of printed media we will ensure that the photo is not re-used in any further publications. Confidentiality We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to ensure that any personal data held under our control is protected from unauthorised use, all employees and data processors are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitor's personal data. If you are not happy with or concerned about our privacy policy you can contact us and request a copy of your personal data held by us. However, Zest will endeavour wherever possible to exchange or refund money if the Member gives adequate notice – see cancellation policy.
